Originally from France, I opened Bravo Maine to share with the guests my passion for cooking and discovering new flavors from around the Globe through hands-on and demo cooking classes.

On September 15th, we are happy to begin our first pop-up dinners every Tuesday and Wednesday.

The restaurant will offer an entire house-made French menu where you can discover authentic dishes as the Cheese Fondue with Cheeses from Savoie or a Beef Bourguignon made with a delicious French wine.

We accept only 10 guests per service. We are BYOB. Small free parking on site. Bus 4 stop Rosemont Market.

 

We are fully booked for our opening on September 15th.
